Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and sanitary strips remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
